Procedure: • After purchasing the ticket(s), you should receive a mail with “Confirmation for order (xxxxxxxxx) (requires personalization)” in the subject. • Click the link in this mail to personalize your tickets • Now locate the mail with “Your ticket for André Rieu <concert name> has been personalized” in the subject, open this mail. • Press the button “Manage Order”. A new screen will open. • Locate the section ”Completed tickets”, if you have more than one ticket, press the small (i) icon to see which row/seat that ticket is. • Press the three dots on the right and select the “Sell” option.
